A Harvey man will be held on a $1 million bond after allegedly shooting another man in the head at a party inside a Milan short-term rental last month.
Orleans Criminal District Court Magistrate Judge Juana Lombard on July 13 set bond for Joseph Washington, 24, who is charged with second-degree murder. His co-defendant, Cameron Thomas, 23, is charged with accessory after the fact to second-degree murder and is being held on a $150,000 bond.
