ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — A Belvidere gang member has been arrested in Rockford after law enforcement captured him in a traffic stop Saturday evening.
According to the Rockford Police Department, officers with the Specialized Community Oriented Enforcement (SCOPE) team stopped Cody Heinzman, 21, in a traffic stop near Charles and 29th Streets on Saturday, July 18, around 6:27 p.m.
