ROCKFORD, Ill (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested a man early Monday morning after locating a reported stolen vehicle.
According to police, officers responded to the 400 block of North Springfield Avenue around 3:25 a.m. after receiving reports of a stolen vehicle.
