SHREVEPORT, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — CHRISTUS Health is celebrating the newborns who once needed critical care in its Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) and are now thriving years later.
The hospital held a reunion on July 19, for NICU graduates, bringing together families and the medical staff who cared for them.
The NICU cares for newborns who need extra medical attention after birth. The reunion gave families a chance to reconnect with the doctors and nurses who treated them.
