DENVER (KDVR) — The investigation of a home led to a major drug seizure by police, according to a social media post from the Northglenn Police Department on Monday afternoon.
“Good police work and proactive patrols recently led to a major drug seizure in Northglenn,” said the department in the post.

Before the seizure, officers had been watching a home as part of an investigation. Officers noticed what appeared to be a drug deal involving a vehicle. Following the alleged drug deal, officers pulled over the driver for a traffic violation.
During the stop, police found a large amount of cash on the driver. A K-9 unit was called in, and the dog alerted officers to the presence of drugs inside the vehicle. Further investigation found packaged drugs, including:
- Approximately 330 fentanyl pills weighing 330.29 grams
- Approximately 108.76 grams of suspected cocaine
- Approximately 23.01 grams of suspected heroin
- $2,442 in cash
