Three Major Tampa Properties Move Forward With Mixed-Use Redevelopment Plans

Third Lake Partners purchased Westshore Plaza for $135 million. The deed was filed Thursday, according to court records.

The 57-year-old shopping center changed hands after a previous buyer withdrew from the agreement, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Tampa City Council had approved mixed-use redevelopment plans for the site last year under the previous developer.

Britton Plaza sits south on Dale Mabry Highway. Tenants are vacating the 30-acre shopping center.
