BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — A St. Francisville man was arrested on Sunday after being accused of kidnapping.
Thomas Morris, 43, was arrested and booked into the West Feliciana Parish Detention Center on charges of second-degree kidnapping and false imprisonment.
