ULSTER COUNTY, NY (WRGB) — A passenger bus that rolled over on the New York State Thruway Tuesday was going from Schenectady to New York City.
State Police say about 23 people were on board the bus when it rolled over near mile marker 69.5 on the Thruway around 9:20 a.m. Tuesday.
