WINCHESTER, Tenn. (WZTV) — A deadly boating incident and multiple water rescues unfolded across Middle Tennessee Tuesday evening as rounds of heavy rain triggered flash flooding throughout the region.
Emergency crews responded around 5:09 p.m. on July 21 to the area of Tims Ford Lake near the Tims Ford Bass Club after receiving a report of a possible drowning, according to the Winchester Police Department.
