POWHATAN COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A 25-year-old Richmond man was charged with reckless driving after killing a 51-year-old woman and seriously injuring a 27-year-old man in a single-vehicle crash in Powhatan County Monday afternoon.
On Monday, July 20, at 2:25 p.m., troopers with Virginia State Police (VSP) responded to a single-vehicle crash on Genito Road — less than a mile west of Winterbrook Drive.
