SAN DIEGO (FOX5/KUSI) — San Diego city crews installed new traffic signs Tuesday morning along a busy two-lane corridor in San Ysidro, including reduced speed limits near an elementary school.
The changes are part of the city’s new Speed Management Plan, a safety initiative designed to slow traffic on some of San Diego’s busiest streets and reduce the risk of serious crashes.
