A suspect who police believe shot and killed three people at a St. Paul apartment building was arrested Monday night after he fled to the Iron Range.
According to the St. Paul Police Department, St. Louis County deputies arrested Tsegaab Binessu, 30, of St. Paul, in Virginia, Minnesota, on Monday night. He is now in SPPD custody on suspicion of second-degree murder. He has not been formally charged.
