CINCINNATI (WXIX) – Flash flooding was caused by a powerful burst of rain in a short amount of time Friday, overwhelming streets, driveways and basements in several Cincinnati neighborhoods.
Oakley was one of the hardest hit in the city. On Camberwell Road, residents say the water came so quickly that many had little time to move belongings or protect their homes.
