HAYWARD, Calif. (KRON) — Surveillance video shows armed thieves using a crowbar to break into a Hayward phone repair shop last Friday, then running off with hundreds of dollars in merchandise.
The owner says the store has only been open since April, and already this is the second time it’s been targeted.
