Federal authorities tracked down a fugitive physician who lived under an assumed identity as a West Los Angeles biotech executive for 20 years while evading a decades-old rape conviction, as reported by NBC Los Angeles.
Ronald Fischer, 56, was arrested last week aboard his 56-foot sailboat off the coast of New Jersey by the U.S. Coast Guard and federal law enforcement, as reported by NBC New York.
