NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is trying to identify and arrest a package theft suspect who is accused of stealing a dresser. The case is the latest one to roll on the Wheel of Justice.
According to police, around 11:00 a.m. Sunday, July 19, a man stole a large box that had been delivered to a home in the 1900 block of North Johnson Street. The victim told WGNO News that the box contained a piece of furniture, a dresser, that needed to be assembled.

The victim also told us that it’s not the first time that a package had been taken from the porch. Recently, a new phone was also taken.
