ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly fired multiple rounds from a moving box truck while traveling on Interstate 40, New Mexico State Police said.

Jacob Gonzalez-Sotelo , 27, is charged with shooting at or from a motor vehicle, criminal damage to property and negligent use of a deadly weapon.
The incident was reported to NMSP after the driver’s employer discovered bullet damage to one of its company vehicles. NMSP Officers reviewed in-cab camera footage, which revealed the shooting had occurred on July 14. The footage showed Gonzalez-Sotelo pointing a gun out the passenger-side window and firing multiple rounds while driving on Interstate 40 near Moriarty. It also captured the damage caused to the company vehicle, police said.
NMSP said no injuries were reported…
