MECHANICVILLE, N.Y. (WRGB) — Nearly a month after six family members were found dead inside their apartment in Mechanicville, investigators have not ruled out the possibility that the children’s mother, Sarah Myers, was involved in their deaths, according to Mechanicville Police Chief Bill Rabbitt.
Sarah Myers, her four children, and the children’s grandmother, Amy Steadman, were all found dead inside Steadman’s apartment on Harris Ave on June 23 following a welfare check called in by a neighbor.
“I do want to make one important point clear. We have not ruled out that Sarah Myers was also complicit in the deaths of her children. You may quote me on that. I understand that statement will raise additional questions, but I will not be able to answer them at this time,” said Chief Rabbitt…
