MARIETTA — This week, the Cobb Board of Commissioners struck down a zoning application for a proposed townhome complex along Bells Ferry Road.
Commissioners voted 4-1 to deny applicant Dennis Tidwell’s proposal to build a 15-unit complex, which was to be located on a 1.4-acre site at 1471 Bells Ferry Road, between Cobb Parkway North and I-75.
