STRONGSVILLE, Ohio (WOIO) – The Strongsville Fire Department shared a message to the community Wednesday to not use propane to remove weeds due to a recent accidents.
According to a post from the city of Strongsville, firefighters were called to two residential fires in the last two months caused by a homeowner using a torch to get rid of vegetation or weeds.
Other departments in the region also responded to similar calls.
