GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – The Greenville Police Department has announced a new program aimed at helping first responders to be more prepared for emergencies.
Officials said that Family Profile is a voluntary program for residents to share important details with dispatchers before an emergency occurs. Families can provide sensory sensitivities, medical conditions, disabilities, emergency contacts and preferred communications.
