JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – A father charged after a road rage shooting on Interstate 10 last September killed one person and wounded three others pleaded not guilty Wednesday in Duval County court.
Leonard Bryant Sr., 43, is charged with murder in the death of 26-year-old Toby Robinson, four counts of attempted murder for the three adults and one child who were also in the car, and possession of a firearm by a felon.
Bryant will be subject to a minimum mandatory of at least 25 years in prison if convicted of murder and attempted murder charges…
