Louisville-based development team announces plans for $9.6B data center campus in Carroll County

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A Louisville-based development team is proposing another massive data center project in Kentucky, this time with plans for a $9.6 billion campus on hundreds of acres in Carroll County.

According to our partners at Louisville Business First, Poe Companies and its partner, PowerHouse Data Centers, announced plans for the proposed Carrollton Industrial Campus, a 550-acre development along Green’s Bottom Road, just east of Interstate 71.
