Construction Worker Who Died In Valencia Identified

The construction worker who died in Valencia after experiencing a medical emergency Tuesday has been identified.

Raymundo Quintero Castillo, 57, from San Bernardino, was identified as the construction worker who died in Valencia, according to officials with the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Around 2:25 p.m. Tuesday, emergency responders received reports of an unresponsive patient near Marshland Place and Blue Jay Way in Valencia, a neighborhood currently under construction, said Justin Yang, spokesperson for the Los Angeles County Fire Department in a previous KHTS article.

“The patient was working at a nearby construction site, felt ill and sat down. Coworkers found him unresponsive and called 911. Arriving units found him pulseless and apneic, and CPR was performed,” Yang said…
