GRANDVIEW, Mo. (KCTV) – A 21-year-old woman was shot in Grandview, and a suspect was taken into custody at the scene, police said.
The Grandview Police Department indicated that emergency crews responded just after 1 a.m. on Wednesday, July 22, to the area of E. 147th St. and Grand Summit Blvd.
Officers said they arrived to find the woman suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. Medics transported her to an area hospital for treatment.
