BROKEN ARROW, Okla. – The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has issued a Silver Alert on behalf of the Broken Arrow Police Department for 69-year-old Randal Lee Dill.
Dill was last seen on July 21 at 10:30 p.m. near South Oak Place in Broken Arrow, authorities said.
Authorities say Dill is 5’2″ and weighs 195 pounds.
