SEATTLE — A man is facing a federal charge and indictment after investigators say he sexually assaulted a fellow passenger aboard a Delta Air Lines flight from Hawaii to Seattle and later admitted to touching the woman and masturbating twice during the flight, according to court documents.
Federal prosecutors charged Dominic Cortez Nichols with abusive sexual contact stemming from an incident aboard Delta Flight 485, which was traveling nonstop from Kona, Hawaii, to Seattle-Tacoma International Airport on June 23. The complaint was filed in U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
