CHARLESTON, SC — A fatal crash involving an 18-wheeler and a camper shut down both directions of State Highway 41 in Charleston on Tuesday afternoon, according to police. The Charleston Police Department said the wreck happened near Reflectance Drive around 2:30 p.m.
