CLEVELAND (WJW) – Two giant lottery jackpots are surging, after no one won the Powerball Wednesday night.
The winning numbers for the July 22 Powerball drawing were 4, 5, 22, 50 and 58, with the Powerball 1. The Power Play multiplier was 3x.
