KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – The number of cases of cyclosporiasis in Kansas have more than quadrupled.
Last week the number of cases reported to the Kansas Department of Health (KDHE) was at 55. Data provided by the state showed 25 of those cases were located in Johnson County.
The KDHE updated the number of cases on July 22. There are now 289 confirmed cases of cyclosporiasis in the state. A dozen cases were so severe that patients were hospitalized…
