Parts of four city streets will close Saturday for special events, the Toledo Department of Transportation announced Thursday.
In East Toledo, Sixth Street will be closed between Euclid and Starr avenues for the Catholic Charities/Helping Hands of St. Louis Shoe Fest, while First Street will be closed between Euclid and Oak Street for the Shadows Foundation-DB Fest Music Festival.
