GREEN BAY (WLUK) – Between 15 and 20 graves have been located after concerns were raised in recent years about disturbing unmarked burial grounds on Green Bay’s east side.
It was related to a proposal from Veterans 1st of Northeast Wisconsin to build a village of tiny homes for veterans in need.
