PORTLAND, OR – City of Roses Disposal and Recycling is once again under the microscope of Metro.
The company was first found in violation of regional government Metro’s code last December for failing to maintain and report accurate records, improperly disposing of material from the Oregon Convention Center, and exceeding a 180-day storage limit.
