Drivers will have to wait a few days longer to cruise on the newly widened and paved lanes of Interstate 5 in south Salem after a July 22 thunderstormpushed back the opening.
The Oregon Department of Transportation will now begin moving southbound I-5 traffic from Kuebler Boulevard to Delaney Road on July 26, rather than July 24.
