BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Officials held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday for the new Sensory Trail at Chestnut Ridge Park — a trail that will feature sensory-friendly elements, interactive play zones, and areas for families to relax.
Erie County committed close to $200,000 for the project, including site preparation, concrete walkways, picnic tables, and other infrastructure. The trail includes a tribute sign for Hunter Kelly, which honors the late son of Hall of Fame quarterback Jim Kelly.
