DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) — Two people from Indiana have been formally charged in Preble County after allegedly being arrested with fentanyl Wednesday.
Eric Lavengood, 37, and Afton Hurd, 39, are both charged with:
- Trafficking in Fentanyl – Related Compound
- Possession of Fentanyl – Related Compound
- Illegal Use or Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
They are currently being held in Preble County Jail.
