Nearly nine years after wildfire destroyed its winery, a Napa Valley vineyard has returned to the market as a rebuilt luxury estate, priced at $14.95 million.
The roughly 24-acre property at 2929 Atlas Peak Road high above the valley floor includes a permitted winery, a Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot vineyard and a 4,742-square-foot residence with an infinity pool, according to Sotheby’s International Realty.
