Unsealed records detail woman’s role at center of child remains investigation

ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) – Documents unsealed Friday uncover the role of a woman at the center of an investigation that led to the discovery of a child’s remains in Illinois.

Kirstie Dora, 35, was charged by St. Francois County Prosecutors on July 2 with parental kidnapping and first-degree harassment. Dora was charged along with Ronnell M. Jones, the missing child’s father.
