Dollar Tree is continuing its expansion across San Antonio, with plans for a new ground-up retail store at 2408 W. Loop 1604 S., filings from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) show. The relatively new project was just submitted to the state last week, and outlines that work will start in the next few months.
According to filings, the development calls for an 11,991-square-foot commercial building that will be constructed for use as a Dollar Tree retail store. The project carries an estimated construction cost of $2,310,720 and is scheduled to begin construction in October, with completion targeted for around December 15.
The TDLR filing lists San Antonio Land Fund I, LLC as the property owner, while M Architecture Group, based in Northville, Michigan, is serving as the design firm for the project…
