RIO RANCHO — A unidentified juvenile was arrested July 23 for a shooting resulting in one non-life threatening injury at Burger King on Southern Boulevard.
Rio Rancho Police Department confirmed July 24 that the incident occurred at around 8:15 p.m.
“The incident was reported as a physical altercation between two male subjects in the parking lot where a gunshot was heard. It was later learned that a third bystander present at the fight produced a gun (unknown model) and fired a single shot,” RRPD stated…
