A drive-in movie night celebrating Chicano culture is returning to Sparks with classic films, local food, vendors and custom cars for an evening the whole family can enjoy.
Jorge Chacon, founder of The Funktion Chicano Market, and Yazmine Nova, owner of Pasteleria Nova, joined ARC Reno Friday morning to preview Chicano Movie Night. The community event features a double feature of Born in East L.A. and Mi Familia, along with local food vendors, lowriders, classic cars and small businesses from across the region.
