The Gilbert Police Department is asking the public for help identifying three people caught on video running away after a fireworks device was tossed into a backyard party.
Five children were injured July 11 when the device exploded during a social gathering at a home along Ocotillo Road near Freeman Farms Road just after 10 p.m.
Police released nighttime surveillance footage of the incident Thursday. It shows three individuals walking down a street. They leave the frame briefly and then are seen running back in the direction they came from as fireworks go off behind them…
