LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – If you aren’t sure what a peccary is, you can learn with a trip to the Little Rock Zoo!
The zoo announced on Friday that two Chacoan peccary peclets were born on Monday morning to the peccaries Evita and Mo.

“The peclets appear healthy, playful, and full of personality,” the zoo wrote. “While we don’t know their sexes just yet, they’re already showing plenty of spunk.”
According to the Little Rock Zoo website, the pig-like Chacoan peccaries are endangered and are one of three kinds of peccaries. They are native to the Gran Chaco region of South America. Though they look similar, zoo officials also noted that peccaries aren’t pigs.
