EUGENE, Ore. — Drivers in Eugene are being asked to avoid the area of West 18th Avenue and Friendly Street after a motor vehicle crash shut down part of the roadway Friday afternoon.
The Eugene Police Department issued a traffic advisory saying westbound West 18th Avenue is closed at Friendly Street due to a motor vehicle accident.
