Road Rage Over Passing Lane Ends With Flying Spark Plug

The Robertson County Sheriff’s Office has now released more information about Friday’s road rage incident that drew a large law enforcement response along Highway 41 near the Ridgetop and Greenbrier area. According to investigators, the dispute began when one driver allegedly refused to move into the right lane, preventing another vehicle from passing.

During the confrontation, one of the drivers allegedly threw a spark plug, striking the passenger-side window of the other vehicle. Authorities determined the vandalism actually occurred in Metro Nashville’s jurisdiction, and the driver whose vehicle was damaged was referred to Metro Police to file a report.
