LANSING, Mich. (News 10) – Nearly a month after new parking changes took effect in downtown Lansing and Old Town, local business owners and downtown officials say the shift is having a positive effect on foot traffic and customer access.
For some customers, the parking process in downtown Lansing and Old Town was previously a barrier to visiting local businesses.
