NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – More than 160 taxi, Uber and Lyft drivers have signed a petition against the Nashville Department of Transportation and the Tennessee Licensing Commission, according to the Tennessee Drivers Union.
TDU said the petition is in response to “unfair ticketing and harassment of drivers by NDOT officials while they attempt to conduct drop-offs and pickups downtown on Broadway and in surrounding rideshare pickup zones.”
