A new bakery offering Italian and European pastries, along with a coffee and espresso bar, has opened in the Westlake area.
Stefano’s Bakery bakes up a variety of single-serving desserts costing between about $3.25 and $6 each, and includes cannolis, danishes, cupcakes, cheesecakes, lemon and strawberry bars, brownies, fudge, cookies, scones and more. They also have plans to expand their offerings, according to co-owner and manager Danny Castro. “We’re going to introduce breads in a couple of months,” said Castro. “Also, 6″, 8″ and 10” cakes.”…
