The Fort Worth Zoning Commission recommended approval of several residential and commercial zoning requests, including a conditional use permit for an oil-change business on Blue Mound Road and two duplex projects aimed at adding affordable housing.
The commission also broke with city staff by recommending approval of a duplex request in a historic neighborhood. The cases go to the city council for consideration.
