VALLEY CENTER, Kan. (KWCH) – One man was arrested on Saturday after threatening a Valley Center officer.
Valley Center police said officers were sent to a welfare check in the 1300 block of South Meridian. At the scene, a 53-year-old man was making threats of harm and then threatened an officer before going back into his home.
Police were able to get in contact with the man’s wife. With her help, they communicated with the man and got their son out of the home safely. Officers were also able to get the man out of the home peacefully…
